What works at this kind of stand

  • Pizza by the slice from a local shop needs no cooking and sells fast; order it timed to halftime of the first game.
  • Check what the gym floor allows. Many schools ban open cups and anything sticky courtside.
  • The rush between the JV and varsity games is often bigger than halftime. Staff for that one.
